I would just like to take a moment and personally commend Nick for superb customer service skills in taking a rather difficult and not too lucrative "custom" order. While I was given a call back promise with anoterh employee, Nick instead answered the phone and I knew right away that someone over there knew what they were doing and could help me right away was with me. When I discovered he was in management, I was not surprised.
